My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. It is my goal to customize your therapy and guide you to find peace, happiness and a sense of wellbeing. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. I work to help you address stress-related issues such as employment, relationships, Covid-19 fears, grief and loss. Special focus in addressing compassion fatigue for medical professionals and first responders.
What will happen during my sessions?
1. Initial diagnostic assessment to gather information about your life story
2. Create a treatment plan then identify appropriate therapeutic approach such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Psychodynamic processing.
3. Ongoing therapy sessions to help you process concerns and utilize therapy skill sets, as well as assignments outside of the session as needed to achieve your therapeutic goals.
