My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. It is my goal to customize your therapy and guide you to find peace, happiness and a sense of wellbeing. I specialize in trauma, depressive episodes and anxiety disorders. I work to help you address stress-related issues such as life transitions, relationships and loss. Special focus on compassion fatigue for healthcare professionals, as well as adult ADHD testing.
